UX Researcher Intern

• Help UX Researcher on planning and executing research initiatives to gather insights into user behavior by exploring both UX/Product research and market research.
• Collaborating closely with UX Researcher to accommodate research requests from stakeholder to gain impactful insights for better decision-making process.
• Generate research insights, creative recommendations, and storytelling presentations that can drive design improvements and product roadmaps.
• Participate in recruitment activities (for user interviews) and survey distribution, including recruit and schedule participants
• Assisting ongoing research with note-taking and observation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from any field of studies.
• Understanding the basic research process
• Any additional course, training, or certifications relating to Product Design, and or UX Research will be an advantageous
• Ability to work in teams and independently
• Has a passion for product and market research
• Ability to communicate effectively in english (oral amp; written)
