Finance and Accounting Manager

• Oversee the Finance and Accounting team and review the daily end-to-end process in finance; accounting matters and payment process.
• Responsible for ensuring all financial transactions being booked properly and on timely manner
• Responsible for the statutory financial reporting, stand alone and consolidation.
• Control quality and ensure timely submission of monthly closing and reporting (B/S, P/L, and Cashflow)
• Responsible for providing partial data for management financial reporting
• Responsible for budget vs actual analysis in terms of cash flow and expenses
• Efficient in the allocation of cash to maximize the interest income with a minimum/no disrupt to the operation of the company
• Making sure all finance related regulatory deliverables are submitted on time
• Put proper control and improve payment process flow and ensure smooth payment cycle based on the SLA
• Propose and review improvements in finance and accounting processes and procedures
• Adhere to all local regulation financial reporting to OJK and other related government bodies
• Able to perform a basic review
• Liaise with External Auditor for all audit related matters

Requirements

• 8 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 4 years minimum of leadership experience
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Excellent skills in MS Excel
• Possess some knowledgeable in a global VAT, indirect taxes and statutory filings
• Experience of working in well-established global multinationals companies
• Good communication skills
• Experience with proven track record of delivering results in a high growth environment
• Preferable with knowledge of treasury, tax and transfer pricing
• Preferably with consolidation reports and the related aspects, such as Price Purchase Allocation, Goodwill, Investment in Associates, Non Controlling Interest, etc.
• Good level of IFRS implementation
• Good understanding of the process and system of Xero and Peakflo would be an advantage.
