Content Writer Senior Specialist

• Writing copy for internal and external purposes that reflects Qoala as a brand, which includes but not limited to blog posts, announcements, brand guidelines, marketing content for both online and offline
• Writing copy for all social media channels under Qoala, primarily Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Editing, revising, and proofreading all content for Qoala
• Developing a distinguishable brand voice for Qoala and all of its products
• Generating ideas for Qoala future content planning
• Keeping up with the latest industry news relating to the local and international insurtech landscape to assist in content planning
• Collaborate with related team to share the information about changes in the related department that need to be share to sales team
• Responsible for end-to-end communication materials production for Campaign Team (TnC,In-App Banner, E-Flyer amp; Slide) with the help of design team
• Write and deliver campaign promotions and communication materials to digital channel (E-mail, WhatsApp amp; Push Notification) using marketing tools
• Execute monthly report for digital channel performance

Requirements

• Possesses minimum 3 years experience as Content Writer, Copywriter, or equivalent
• Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university preferably from Communication or Marketing major
• Proficiency in using Clevertap/Mailchimp (mandatory)
• Imaginative and able to explore new ideas and transform them into writing
• Self-driven individuals who are excellent at communicating your thoughts
• Exceptional at writing, proofreading and editing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• A real team player who is able to work with different stakeholders
• Professional fluency in English
• Preferably from financial, insurance or bank industry (knowledge of insurance is a real plus)
• Self-motivated, proactive, committed to continuous improvement
