Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Hospitality Management from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
• Min. 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has related license, certificates to support candidate’s qualification.
• Age between 30 - 40.
• Problem solving and able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever changing environment with excellent time management skills.
• Placement in Cibubur Bogor.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of coordinating Mamp;E maintenance and housekeeping works.
• To provide services as required and to maintain equipment, building and grounds in excellent condition.
• Responsible for all machinery, equipment, building maintenance and daily operation of housekeeping.
• Set high personal and professional standards for your department by your own performance.
• Responsible for the cost-effective operation of the Engineering and Housekeeping Department.
• Prepare the annual and revised Engineering budget with the cooperation of the financial controller and management. Keep accurate records and closely monitor engineering budget expenditures.
• Assume full responsibilities for building maintenance and public area rehabilitation.
• Perform Dept monthly report to be reviewed by General Manager amp; Board of Directors.
