You’ll be responsible for processing custom orders, maintaining stock of best-selling jewelry, and working closely with our production partners and Jewelry Designer to consistently bring new additions to our collection.

You're eager to dive into our brand and the production process to ensure our clients are consistently impressed by the quality and timeliness of our products.

All in all, you are an organized mastermind who prides themselves in maintaining a smooth operational workflow and always goes the extra mile to meet the highest standards.

If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Expected start date: immediately

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Inventory Management: You'll track, receive and manage our inventory of gemstones and other raw materials. You'll label and manage their data in our inventory system and maintain a real-time knowledge of what's available and what needs restocking.
  • Order processing: You’ll process custom orders efficiently, acting as the main point of contact for the Customer Service team on order status and inventory-related queries.
  • Production Coordination: You’ll plan and manage the production process of new and made-to-order products, ensuring that the process is as smooth as possible from start to finish. You'll keep the Production Guide up-to-date and be the primary liaison with our suppliers.
  • Product Tracking and Reporting: You'll manage the existing inventory of finished jewelry products and other merchandise, ensuring that our customers always find what they need. You'll keep a close eye on our production and inventory, crunching numbers and analyzing data to create reports that provide insights and help us make smarter decisions.
  • Production and Manufacturing: You'll be a key communicator with suppliers and manage tasks such as gold alloying and rhodium plating.
  • Returns Management: You’ll document return packages and send repair instructions to smiths on the Order Design Sheet.
