We're talking about creative approaches that go beyond the usual platforms for investment sourcing and HR recruitment. As an intern, you'll collaborate on crafting methods to connect with potential founders and employees. Think unstructured social engagement, pioneering events, and new communication channels. Your contributions might also extend to PR and marketing activities that bolster our sourcing and recruitment efforts. Unlike traditional companies or other VC firms, this role won't be confined to standard HR recruiting techniques or investment analysis.

- Proactive: If you're a proactive idea-generator even on a small scale and act on your ideas, you're exactly who we're looking for. Your role involves experimenting, devising, and executing new ways of recruitment and sourcing strategies with a lean and capital-efficient mindset.
- Ownership: You'll have the chance to take ownership of some mini-projects. Your open-mindedness to try uncomfortable tasks will be your guiding force.

- Effective Communication: Strong communication skills are a must. You'll interact with various internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Coaching, Marketing, and PR Background: Since this isn't strictly an "HR" role, a background in coaching, marketing, or PR might also help.
- Primarily remote work with some in-person scope
Responsibilities:
- Co-develop, execute and update new systems to increase quality of founder sourcing in and around Indonesia, and possibly other markets
- Organize events and meetings involving potential candidates in and around Indonesia
- Own and execute collateral tasks to supplement new systems
- Co-develop or support PR, marketing, and other market outreach activities
- Coordinate and co-create with the main team in Singapore as well as other stakeholders in the Reapra group
