Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparing all necessary paperwork and conducting orientations.
- Maintain employee files and records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Process payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Conduct regular training sessions and facilitate professional development opportunities.
- Handle other administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
