- Monitoring the transport booking request using the system
- Provide accurate information of transport booking to Road Coordinator
- Responsible for Data Quality of event, references, and documents in the system
- Back up related port settlement and supporting documents related to road activity
- Ensure the completeness and correctness of revenue and cost
- Check the application of and compliance with the internal regulations, the protocol, and more specifically the health and safety rules according to QHSE
- Check and provide the related information required for invoicing
Requirements
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or relevant qualification
- 1 year of experiences in a land transport, logistics, freight forwarding company in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural multinational environment
- Understanding of haulage loading/unloading process
- Good organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-tasks
