- Create job files and maintain documentation.
- Book export shipments with carriers and coordinate logistics.
- Prepare shipping instructions using CargoWise for Balikpapan exports via Jakarta.
- Arrange for packing and transportation of export cargo when necessary.
- Timely updates of shipment events on CargoWise.
- Coordinate and follow up on shipments in collaboration with Field Operations.
- Receive billing instructions, verify invoices, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE- Diploma from any major or relevant qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a fast paced, dynamic and or multi-cultural MNC environment in Logistics/Freight Forwarding
- Fresh graduated are welcome
