Responsibilities:
- Strategize and plan for new business initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Lead and assess activities and studies to identify potential successful business projects.
- Oversee and appraise funding activities to support business development.
- Forge and nurture business relationships with potential partners.
- Supervise the progress and execution of business projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage, assess, and regulate the financial performance of new ventures, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years at the Director level.
- Prior experience with a major property development company, with a focus on residential and commercial properties.
- Proven track record in conducting comprehensive feasibility studies and market analysis.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Open to local candidates or Chinese expatriates.
