Growth Senior Associate

We are seeking a dynamic, data and process-driven talent to join our company. As the Senior Associate of Growth, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Qoala Plus projects. Your main responsibilities will include analyzing data, generating valuable reports, and mapping out efficient processes. In addition to that, you will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and achieve our growth targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research for new initiatives (e.g. recommend life amp; health by analyzing product tamp;c, compare agency structure across different insurance companies).
• Create regular report based on key parameters that have been agreed by multiple stakeholders.
• Assist in meeting and keep track on items to be follow up.
• Recommend process improvements within growth initiatives (e.g. how to streamline customer verification process for more complex insurance product).
• Create SOP based on decision agreed by multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 year of working experience, preferably from Tier 2-3 consulting firm/ business development.

• Have knowledge in Insurance Product especially on life and health products.
• Have strong project management and communication skills to manage projects, and liaise with internal amp; external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
