• Ensure accurate reporting of new joiner training provided by trainers.
• Deliver refresher training to existing employees and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain and update the schedule for refresher training sessions.
• Regularly review and update training materials on a monthly basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a preference for backgrounds in finance, banking, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of valuable experience as a Trainer or QC to our dynamic team.
