Remedial Department Lead Sulawesi

As Department Head Remedial, you must be able to lead team to achieve amount collected target (DPD gt;60) and NPL Ratio that has been set by company and ensure that all of team member work optimally and based on company’s SOP.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to collected borrower with DPD gt;60 (Exclude WO)
• Lead team to achieve target that set by company
• Evaluate and close monitoring performance team
• Ensure collection activity based on the company's SOP
• Build and maintain networking with third party that related to collection activity
• Coordination with internal Amartha which is relate to collection activity (especially business, regional, area and branch)

Requirements

• At least 3 years as supervisor / leader / manager in collection with minmum Diploma degree
• Have strong leadership and excellent integrity
• Have strong understanding with geographic and characteristic some area
• Have excellent communication skill and good in negotiation
• Proven ability to lead team
• Have good understanding in legal aspect of collection activity is a plus
• Willing to cover for all Sulawesi Region
