Junior Software Development Engineer in Test

We are looking for a talented and experienced Software Development Engineer in Test to join our team at Moladin Financial Services. As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will ensure the highest quality possible of our software delivery by implementing and maintaining test automation scripts. Working alongside product managers and developers, you will also enhance our quality engineering process by identifying gaps and implementing solutions to address them. Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for backend and frontend development.
• Improve and maintain automation test coverage to reduce manual effort during day-to-day quality engineering.
• Identify edge cases and ensure software robustness before production deployment.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and fellow quality engineers to design test suites.
• Be involved in the entirety of the software development journey right from the inception of new features.
• Create exhaustive documentation of test reports to provide complete visibility to the stakeholders.
• Mentor the team by having tech discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Actively contribute to the hiring and onboarding process.
• Own the quality of Moladin deliverables in the form of services, web applications, and mobile applications.

Requirements

• Experience in automation testing using frameworks such as Cypress, WebdriverIO, Playwright, MochaJs, ChaiJs, Jest, RestAssured, Selenium
• Able to perform SQL Query syntax Select and Join
• More than 1 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1 year in software test automation.
• Familiar with test management tools such as Allure TestOps, JIRA, or TestRail.
• Demonstrate ability to do separation API Test and UI Test
• Exposure to the Agile development process, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, and cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of software performance and security testing is a plus.
