Internal Audit Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Internal Audit Specialist who will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring the effectiveness of our risk management, control, and governance processes. The ideal candidate will have an extensive understanding of accounting principles along with exceptional judgement skills. As a Internal Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Develop, execute and evaluate risk-based audit plan as well as monitoring audit results and findings
• Perform and execute audit projects in accordance with the audit plan and current regulation.
• Discuss audit findings with the business unit to identify audit issues that will be addressed in the audit report.
• Improve the quality of good corporate governance, internal control, risk monitoring also Company’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients during the audit projects.
• Support direct Supervisor/Head Division/Team/Committee in terms of the work to its ad-hoc/project based.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Securities Companies and minimum 3 years of experience as an Internal Auditor.
• Bachelor degree in Economics/IT major from reputable university with GPA gt;3.00
• Active WPPE/WPEE certification is a must
• GRC amp; Internal Audit certification (CISA/CIA/QIA/CRP/CRMA) will be a big plus
• Good understanding of Risk Based-Audit Process, Internal Control, and Risk Management.
• Experienced in conducting ISO/IEC 27001 audit, supported with relevant training and certification
• Experienced in engaging with regulators and external auditors
• Deep understanding capital market operation, trading practices, regulatory and reporting process.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to compose audit reports with proper language structure.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
