Amartha Researcher - Intern (Sulawesi)

This position will be responsible for providing critical support to our research of fintech product. You will involving to projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges. This position is suitable for passionate people who love research, social impact and interest with fintech product. You will work closely with business team and getting mentoring for research process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist for research process, including scheduling, protocol development, and facilitation.
• Prepare data, including data cleaning and coding. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, as needed.
• Support the assessment of outcomes and impacts for the product
• Help the team for research literature, including conducting literature searches and reviews.
• Involving to internal project based on internal needed

Requirements

• Final student or current graduate student in the social or behavioral sciences (e.g. sociology, psychology, public policy, etc.)
• Training and experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods
• Proficiency in data analysis process and Google Workspace project
• Background in evaluation research is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willing to learn several projects
