As a Warehouse and Fulfilment Manager, You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operatons, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics coordination. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse operations.
What you will do but not limited to:
1. Warehouse Operations Management:
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Implement and optimize warehouse procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
2. Order Fulfillment:
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve order fulfillment processes and reduce order processing times.
- Ensure accuracy in order picking, packing, and shipping.
3. Logistics Coordination:
- Collaborate with transportation providers to optimize delivery schedules and minimize shipping costs.
- Oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Implement tracking systems to monitor the movement of products within the supply chain.
4. Quality Control:
- Establish and maintain quality control standards for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the integrity of products and adherence to quality standards.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize warehouse management systems and data analytics tools to generate reports and analyze key performance indicators.
- Make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and operational enhancements.
6. Safety Compliance:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions for warehouse personnel.
7. Team Leadership:
- Motivate warehouse team to achieve high levels of performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience with minimum 5-8 years in warehouse inventory management, Fulfilment management, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
