You will be responsible for sales of products/ systems/ services within a designated market in accordance with strategy in Motion; System drives business at Jakarta, Indonesia. Reporting to Sales Manager and build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues, identify and develop sales opportunities.
Selling system drives products to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for Motion business, establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understandings of full products/systems/services offering and aligning to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Preparing sales plans using salesforce, performing regular status reviews and proposing recovery plans in case of potential order shortfalls.
Creating added value for the customer and ABB ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques, communicating details in accordance with ABB offerings and strategy (delivery time, payments and general terms and conditions.)
Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value propositions to customers.
Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure know how sharing and cross collaboration.
Managing administrative procedures in sales process and supporting collection and project management activities when needed.
Preparing offers in collaboration with the bid and proposal department. Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers including prices and traditions.

Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering.
More than 3 years in Sales position
Practical experience in a similar position advantageous
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
Well-developed negotiation and sales skills
