Due to our constant growth, we have a vacancy for our EFS Customer Success team and we are looking to hire an enthusiastic Application Support Engineer. This is the team that supports the Best Loan Collection System globally!

The Role

As an Application Support Engineer, you will join a team of experienced Professionals and you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of EXUS’ customer installations at various clients (mostly Banking Institutions) and in different time zones.

Your main duties will be:

  • Incident registration and handling by using EXUS’ Helpdesk software
  • Analysis, resolution and follow up of reported incidents with the Engineering teams
  • Development of Change Requests, testing, installation, and maintenance of EXUS’ proprietary software (mostly by using PL/SQL Developer)
  • Monitoring and health check of our managed service cloud environments


The initial duration of the contract will be short term and in case of a successful collaboration, the contract will be renewed for a longer duration.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in shifts is mandatory (our Support Team operates 24x7 including public holidays)
  • University Degree in Computer Sciences or relevant discipline
  • 1- 3 years of relevant working experience. Any experience with Collections/Banking systems will be highly appreciated
  • Good knowledge of SQL amp; Databases, preferably Oracle
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016 and IIS
  • Experience with JIRA will be considered a plus
  • Customer focused with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work in a high-energy and creative team environment
  • Results oriented professional with strong problem solving skills
  • Indonesian, Vietnamese or Thai mother tongue
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Home office set up
