Junior Finance Manager responsibilities:
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
- Financial Reporting amp; Analysis- profit amp; loss statements and consolidation
- Oversee Account Receivable and Account Payables in a timely manner
- Manage company accounts to ensure sufficient funds for cash flow, borrowing, investment and operational needs.
- Direct report to Head of Operations and Finance in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and variance reports
- Identify new ways to improve process and procedures in Finance operations
- Generate statements and reports using multi company/multi currency systems
- Oversee audits to ensure timely execution and alignment with the auditor
- Facilitate timely and correct invoicing to customers
- Oversee key deliverables from the Finance Admin which includes (but is not limited to) Balance Sheet amp; Tax reconciliation
- Work with tax consultants to prepare annual Corporate Income Tax (CIT)
- Ensure Ice House is compliant with all of the latest regulations (legal, accounting, tax)
- Assist Head of Operations and Finance in other duties as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years experience working in finance; in the services industry or an audit position with a reputable audit firm
- Have extensive practical knowledge of the Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and IFRS
- Familiar with tax regulations (Brevet Aamp;B)
- Excellent English Communication Skills (spoken and written)
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly change environment
- Attention to detail that delivers consistency and accuracy
- A constructive communicator who works well in cross functional team environments
- High moral standards and ethical integrity when dealing with confidential company matters and stakeholders
