HR Generalist (Sumatera)

Responsible for the day-to-day management of personnel, communications, policy administration and procure office/warehouse Equipment with details :

• Coordinate hiring on business units
• Onboard Business Units members
• Maintain official people review and developments plan
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and organizing team building activities
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations
• Gather and Cater insight o teams regarding personal developments, company or business units
• Procure all equipment for office and warehouse ( include pricing comparing, administration and monitoring equipment condition)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or relevant field
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner/HRGA
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
• Understand the end-to-end process of Human Resources and Organizational Development
• Meticulous attention to detail
