Responsible for the day-to-day management of personnel, communications, policy administration and procure office/warehouse Equipment with details :
- Coordinate hiring on business units
- Onboard Business Units members
- Maintain official people review and developments plan
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations
- Gather and Cater insight o teams regarding personal developments, company or business units
- Procure all equipment for office and warehouse ( include pricing comparing, administration and monitoring equipment condition)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or relevant field
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner/HRGA
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
- Understand the end-to-end process of Human Resources and Organizational Development
- Meticulous attention to detail
