- Monitoring, planning, evaluating business processes amp; sales team for Jabodetabek, Jawa Barat areas
- Set the pipeline, target breakdown and timeline
- Design target breakdown for B2B Representative with daily routing/Territory
- Evaluate outlet growth amp; potency based on industry size FMCG, Tobacco amp; other product
- Outlet B2B Acquisition with 2 main strategies :
1. Bisnis Pintar : gather all potential outlet with high volume, visit role model outlet and discuss to persuade outlet to join Warung Pintar
2. Canvassing: visit potential outlet directly to educate outlet to join Warung Pintar and willing to trading transaction with Warung Pintar
- Ensure new outlets comply and conduct with B2B transaction rules
- Build good relationship with outlet in order to retention transactions
- Routine report to B2B Manager
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Experienced in FMCG, Retail or Distribution company for at least 2 years
- Fast Learner, Standing on Your Feet and Dynamic
- Good communication skill, especially in outlet and or with new person.
- Good leadership, Lead by Example
- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving Skill
- Able to work in less supervision environment
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work in individual and or in a team
