Business Analyst Manager

• Manage and define sales strategy for the company including monitoring Channel development Performance.
• Support with current company information and traditional market condition.
• Arrange collaboration within all division
• Analyze business objective key results from the management team and documentation.
• Monitor key metrics from management to the business units in order to achieve company targets.
• Gather insight from internal and external data and provide business strategy from a strategical point of view.
• Develop sales strategy amp; projection that help guide the decision-making process for long term strategic planning with relation to revenue/cost drivers and new business initiatives.
• Monitor GMV projection amp; Coverage projection to match the company target.
• Assist in the preparation of regular and ad hoc internal reporting (highlighting key sales performance indicators) and investor communicators as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the sales division
• Bachelor's Degree in Management/Finance/Industrial/statistic/mathematics/information system or any related field.
• Have experience in the FMCG/Retail/Consultant industry is a plus.
• Have an excellent analytical thinking skill.
• Excellent numeric skill.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities especially complex, ambiguous
• problems requiring integrated applications of skills.
• Experiencing managing a team more than 5.
• Responsible and Independent, Tech savvy.
• Have a good passion in a start up company with fast pace condition.
• Willing to work extramiles.
