You’re part of Brooks.Your Job:As a Lab Technician you will have a sound technical background in Footwear Lab testing and overall day to day operations. Job Responsibilities:
Ensures Brooks test methods are properly implemented in factory lab and all test reports are correctly written and analyzed.Advice factory Lab personnel in special test procedures to analyze components and physical properties of materials, if necessary, consult with Lab Supervisor.Ensure the factory laboratory equipment is calibrated according to Brooks calibration procedure.Advice factory labs in facilitating organization structure, work arrangement and lab layout.Train factory lab personnel in testing procedures, specs, calibration procedure and Brooks policies.Maintain cleanliness and safety to promote a professional work environment at factory labs.Compile and analyze test information to determine quality of materials and components and recommends actions for improvement.Consults with Lab Supervisor and company resources to conduct analyses and interprets test results in order to ensure Brooks quality and performance criteria are met.Advises factory chemical test team in monitoring materials chemical test status, conducting random test, and exchanging information with other functional teams and Brooks RSL team.Qualifications:
University degreeFluent EnglishUnderstanding of technical and functional footwear processes.Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Reports to: Lab Supervisor Department: Footwear Sourcing 95Position Class: Exempt, SalariedPosition Location: Cirebon, Indonesia.
