Financial Controller

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Finance Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

• Provide supports to Business Development team and Management team in financial planning, budget and forecast
• Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management

• Ensure quality control and ensure accurate financial reporting to CEO and Shareholders
• Ensure local financial and tax reporting are fully comply with the local GAAP’s and tax regulations
• Strengthen and constantly review the overall internal controls for effective risk management as well as processes and policies maintenance
• Establish good relations with external parties to support a smooth process related with the Finance, Accounting and Tax area

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years experience in the area
• Advanced degree in Accounting or CPA is preferred
• Proficiency with current financial software

• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
