1. Design and conduct the orientation program for new joiners in designated sales teams through effective training methodologies, both in groups and individually via video conferencing/telecons/e-learning/classroom / on the job training, to equip the new joiners with requisite tools and knowledge to make him productive within one week of joining.
2. Conduct timely assessments to finetune the product amp; process knowledge of the Qoala+ sales team. This will require the trainers to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, keeping up with business developments, routinely engaging with RBMs/VPs and other personnel from the management on performance discussions.
3. Do a training need analysis by interacting with stakeholders of different channels, analyzing the sales reports amp; interacting with the sales team amp; Qoala+ mitras.
4. To come up with a special/ad hoc program that promotes sales growth and sustainability.
Requirements
1. Good communication skills.
2. Knowledge of insurance products, industry and market practice for life, health and general.
3. Must be comfortable working with data and should have an analytical bend - Combine EQ and IQ, with data orientation.
3. Content creation ability.
4. Minimum 3 years experience in insurance sales of life/health.
5. Experience in training will be an added value.
