Job Description

• Assist in developing marketing strategies, analyzing product segmentation, and carrying out the right communication approach for the company's business development.
• Formulate and implement a marketing program by operating a prediction model for cross selling and upselling sales through the development of a product, price and promotion bundle strategy.
• Help develop digital marketing strategies and campaigns in various channels both to retain existing customers and to attract new customers.
• Analyze information from various sources and recommend investment decisions and help ensure that the process runs according to established procedures.
• Develop recommendations on making portfolios and new investment opportunities that are in line with Bukalapak's needs.
• Willing to carry out other activities according to Bukalapak's needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Analyst or other related role
• Good business acumen and data driven
• Good understanding in data analysis
• Knowledge or past experience in marketing/campaigns will be a plus
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
