Job Description

• Design, deploy, and manage Mitra Bukalapak’s offline-to-online acquisition channels
• Design, deploy, and manage Mitra Bukalapak’s offline-to-online retention channels
• Manage telemarketing team as part of online retention channels
• Manage budget for the channels he/she is responsible for
• Explore and conduct alternative ways of acquisition and retention

Requirements

• Has 4+ working experience in managing acquisition and/or retention channels
• Results-oriented professional with versatility to adapt with changes in processes
• Strong numeric, analytical, and project management skill
• Comfortable working with big group of people
• Excellent communication skill with understanding of the grass root community
• Willing to travel frequently to various part of Indonesia
• Has the passion and curiosity in cracking offline-to-online landscape in Indonesia
