• Come ups with different ways amp; ideas to seize growth amp; acquisition channel opportunities by analyzing current Mitra Digital Product business amp; market performance
• Leading amp; Planning and campaigns needed to improve Mitra Digital Product key metrics
• Partner with marketing, Mitra Experience team, product and other departments to support overall O2O user growth strategies and SAAS Product
• Work with data amp; research team to plan, conduct amp; monitor campaign experimentation (A/B Testing) to improve the business performance based on provided data and insights
• Research, plan, and execute marketing features for user growth and higher user engagement
• Leading Analyst to monitor and analyze assigned key metrics on daily basis on high level to campaign level (Customer acquisition cost, User Lifetime Value, User Retention Rate, ROI, etc)
• Leading execution of special project that assigned by Head of VP O2O and Management Team

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
• 2-5 years experience in customer and growth focus
• Have worked on various kind of products or projects with thousands of customers
• Run survey or research with people who used your products
• Solid understanding on how to develop a growth funnel
• Decision maker and able to provide direction
• Data driven, dedicated to utilize any type of data analytics and able to self-serve your own analyses
• Clear communication and logical, comfortable communicating with internal and external partners on challenging issues
• Fresh ideas, interested in solving problems in novel ways
• Communicate the impact of those ideas and formulate plans to implement them
