Security Analyst Team Leads report to the Associate Vice President of Security Engineering and have the lead responsibility for their teams. The Business Security Analyst Team scope spans the entire business, including infrastructure, engineering, enterprise and the Bukalapak marketplaces.
As a Business Security Analyst member you will analyze and mitigate the business and technology risk in Bukalapak to protect it against cyber threats. This role exists to maximize the effectiveness of security programs by working closely with other teams in the security function.
The successful candidate will be a team-player that is able to focus on confusing, conflicting and inconsistent data in order to manage threats.
Responsibilities
- Assess the business amp; technology security risk in the business units and propose feasible mitigation or solution
- Carefully balance the business objective and the security measure implemented
- Collaborate with stakeholders and become contact point to the security expertise in the information security division
- Keep tab of security findings within the business units and follow through for resolution
- Responsible for the security awareness amp; secure coding practice within the business units
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience directly supporting both on-prem and cloud environments with a focus on security
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Understanding of risk-assessments and their relationship to governance and compliance frameworks
- Ability to identify, understand and communicate the threat-scenarios associated with vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
- The ability to learn new skills and keep current with rapidly changing information technology and ability to transfer knowledge to team members and users
