Job Description
Bukalapak is currently working remotely due to COVID-19. So, this role doesn’t require you to move at the time being.
- Provide direction for overall Sales strategy including customers acquisition, onboarding, and key account management
- Responsible for Sales KPIs including a number of new customers onboarded, sales uplift from key account, and develop measurable action plans to optimize growth and business profitability
- Build revenue pipeline and recurring revenue streams
- Simultaneously manages the end-to-end delivery of multiple sales engagements from pipeline development through contract negotiations
- Engage prioritized partners for discussion, structuring, and negotiation
- Understand customer preferences and know how to keep up with the latest trends
- Assist team members periodically with introductions or brainstorms
- Organise workflow and ensure that team members understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Establish and monitor the performance of your team by managing sales reporting process and performance, and provide a forward forecast for existing and new clients
- Assign Yearly Target and breakdown into Monthly Target also Promotion Plan Monthly for every Account
- You will liaise with different functions within the Company to ensure alignment and coherence across business unit
- Work closely with internal product team and operations team to execute deals.
- Collaborate with Partnership amp; Supply Planning and Account Manager team to align on strategy and partnership targets
- Identify potential partners segmentation areas where there it makes sense for us to expand our product's selection.
- Present relevant insights to multiple stakeholders to gain support for driving the business forward
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier university, preferably business. MBA is a plus
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in selling, account management, relationship management, with at least 5 years in managerial level, handling a team and proven leadership skills
- Experience with online digital sales channels and on-demand marketplace model is beneficial (but not required), the experience is a definite plus
- Passionate about digital, and ability to work in a dynamic/ fast-paced environment with minimum supervision, can work under pressure and enjoy achieving targets
- Good Analytical thinking, data-driven mindset, target oriented, high commitment and strong business acumen
- Strong people and exceptional stakeholder management experience, able to develop trusted working relationships across business boundaries.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, able to analyse and communicate technical concepts to create practical solutions and influence decisions
- Strategic thinker and Go-getter mindset; Ability to come out both strategically and tactically with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly-focused multi-tasker, and excellent presentation and negotiation skill
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude, willing to be hands-on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities and ownership
- Strong ability to use and analyze data to make informed decisions
- Self-motivated and have the desire to push your team to succeed
- Open-minded, Fast learner, Work Smart and Positive attitudes
- Excellent in both Bahasa and English communication in both verbal and written is a must
