Growth Manager

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Growth Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Growth Manager will work under marketing team, liaise with supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all digital marketing activities
• Manage all performance marketing channels inc. paid ads
• Support the goals set in the marketing plan
• Work close with the growth team
• Translate the company’s objectives into marketing strategies
• Optimising all the performance campaign
• Monitor and analyze all the campaign performance periodically
• Make sure achieving the business and marketing goal

Requirements

• Google Adwords and Analytics Certifications are a plus
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Bing - - Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical skills must
• Excellent eye for details
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Proactive attitude
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent English skills, both written and oral
