Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Liaise with other representatives/related parties
• Build good relationship with customers - following up customer's inquiries to related parties
• Able to achieve sales goal and target

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience as Telesales
• Has worked as Telesales/Telemarketing in insurance company (mandatory)
• Confident in cold calling customers
• Understanding of various insurance product (health, life, vehicle, etc)
• Possess good communication skills (English is a plus)
• Friendly and customer-oriented
• Currently available (able to join immediately)
