Job Responsibility :

• Handling additional requests/problem after issuance (refund, incomplete items, driver didn't deliver the order, etc)
• Help Customers with medical consultation issue (doctor didn't response, consultation slow response) Handling customer queries/complaints regarding wrong order address case.
• Handling customer queries/complaints regarding restriction drugs.
• Communicate to all stakeholders and parties. Assist Customers with any difficulty in submitting refundable refund.
• Answering escalated problems from Customer Service team.
• Use Zendesk for Good Doctor problems Identify amp; escalate bug issue to related product team.
• Escalate unsolved issued to Team Leader. Become buddy for trainee in tandem sessionHandling manual booking issuance problem when customers using I-pay as a payment method.
• Handling customer's order cancelled due to OOS product and partial product availability issue.
• Identify amp; escalate bug issue to related product team.
• Escalate unsolved issued to Team Leader Become buddy for trainee in tandem session
• Achieve total rebooking target and support to achieve target an/or overall company targetAble to identify and evaluate the manual rebooking procedure
• Able to demonstrate good communication and focus on the target
• Able to demonstrate the sales communication effectiveness
• Qualification:
• Diploma or Bachelor degree from any field-
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position, preferably in the sales industry, customer operations,e-commerce.-
• Be able to use Microsoft Office-Great eye in details, self-driven, love challenges, proactive, escalate to line manager whenever necessary-
• Flexible and quickly adapt to the latest guidelines/changes on the policy and procedure-
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
