  • Responsible on managing and maintaining the key client accounts
  • Be the primary point of contact, build and maintain strong, long-lasting customers relationships
  • Responsible for working with the team to onboard and integrate new customers (VIP customers acquistion on Virtual Products (PPOB, e-wallet)
  • Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet the target
  • Perform sales activity, develop sales plan amp; forecasting to achieve monthly GMV and Revenue target
  • Consistently meet given goals and matrixes and willing to work hard towards meeting those goals
  • Responsible for ensuring that profitable sales volume and strategic objective targets are met
  • Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers needs and objectives
  • Maintains knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses in order to determine how best to service
  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years experience in a related position, preferably working with E-commerce business, or has been working on provider principle
3. Fluent in English excellent verbal and written communications skillsn (able to give presentation and communicate with Management team)
4. Excellent negotiation skill, analytical, time management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
5. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
6. Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
7. Ability to prioritize among competing tasks8. Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Powerpoint, especially in advanced Excel
10. Previous experience with Salesforce preferred (experience in Sales with a good track record is required), has been managing accounts
11. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
