Job Description

We are looking for a Partnerships Associate to act as the liaison between our Product, Marketing, Tech Team, and Business Partner. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.


Responsibilities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Pitching partners (new business amp; existing), preparing business deck, doing research
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Growing products/revenue numbers from existing partners
  • Responsible to optimize flow for respective partners
  • Able to manage/prioritize several partners at the same time
  • Manage the project, prepare reporting data, amp; also able to liaise with external amp; internal stakeholder
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Create a proposal to potential amp; existing partners
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) reports
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Requirements

  • Experience B2B2C or B2B, account management, partnership, sales min. 2-3 years
  • Prefer from startup/tech company
  • Used to negotiate, dealing with, and even manage a project in commercial terms, agreement review, dealing with internal stakeholders (finance, product, tech, or related division)
  • Insurance background will be good
  • Good in analytical amp; logical thinking
  • Proactive to follow up with clients and solution-maker to understand their needs
  • Teamwork and high performer at the same time also open-minded and fast learner
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
