Job description

• Accountable for the annual operating plan and monitoring delivery Pamp;L, B/S, cash flow amp; KPIs
• Run the forecast process to identify business risks and mitigation options to keep business on plan
• With the Regional Managers deliver growth and profit agenda through commercial analysis to identify the best options
• Work with other Business Partners (HR, IT, Marketing, PEX) to identify the best support for the business
• Lead finance integration in case of Mamp;A
• A member and leader within the Finance Leadership team
• Demonstrate best practice in finance business partnering
• Keep the business up to date with relevant statutory, internal, or external regulations, standards, and codes of good practice

Requirements

• University degree
• Minimum of 10 years of industrial experience in finance amp; accounting roles preferably for a multi-national company
• Demonstrated leadership amp; communication skills: 5 years in finance management positions in a matrix organisation and at ease dealing with leaders in other disciplines
• Expertise in several finance disciplines with FPamp;A a must have
• Strong financial modelling and IT practical skills, particularly in spreadsheets (MS Excel and Google Sheet).
• Expertise in handling Indonesian taxations with internal and tax consultants (from preliminary audit, to court level)
• Experienced finance professional from the Services Sector
• Chartered Accountant with track record of delivering value to the business beyond audited accounts
• Leadership of small team and among the managers
• Experience on deliver result, coach and develop, manager self and working with others
