Responsibilities:

• Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
• Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
• Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
• Help promote and maintain a positive company image
• Utilize online social media platforms to engage their customers and provide quick assistance and resolution of client problems
• Conduct effective surveys to discover the public perception and customer opinion regarding a product, brand, or service
• Ensure customers receive value for products purchased by facilitating a consumer-focused organizational structure
• Carry out research to discover new techniques for customer relationship management
• Analyze customer behavior using data mining tools in spreadsheet programs

Requirements

• Minimum diploma degree
• 1-3 years work experience in digital marketing industry or similiar
• Strong in business analytics, psychology, and marketing
• Familiar with Google Ads amp; Google analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills and creative writing skills
• Self starter, problem solver, analytical and critical thinking
• Familiarity with online marketing metrics and key performance metrics
• Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and marketing programs at scale
