Take responsibility for the tech development of the product
Work closely with the founders to define and build the core product

Participate in the organization/planning of development resources and schedules.
Organize and facilitate stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other related meetings with stakeholders.
Appetite for learning new things and improving existing ones, and cultivating that same appetite in the development team.
Requirements
Engineering wisdom equivalent to 4 years experience
Excellent English communication skills
Proficient in Java and SQL databases
Reverse engineer websites and apps using Python, MITM Proxy, Postman, DOM parsing, and Chrome Developer Tools.
Use HTTP requests, Developer Tools and regex to parse out and clean HTML, XML, CSV, JSON, and Fixed-Width Text.
Proficient in data engineering. Build ETL and monitoring tools to better ingest and interpret client and operations data.
Studying websites and apps for network traffic analysis between application and 3rd party network endpoints
Inferring behaviours and building proofs of concept to replicate application behaviour in other environments.
Proficiency in REST APIs, cloud services, android platform, web platform
Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms).
Knowledge about backend build and deployment
Familiar with unit/functional/integration test
Previous experience in startups, B2B SaaS is highly preferred
Interest in Fintech amp; Banking APIs a plus
