Job Description

We are looking for Account Management: Direct Employee Benefit to join a new and small team to establish and expand product-market fit in a very competitive and relationship-driven group/corporate health insurance market. In your role, you will help us to build a sustainable and fast-growing employee benefits health directly business model that is relevant to Indonesia and can be used in other countries of SEA. This is a broad role that spans from pre-sales to post-sales and everything in between.

You will have a chance to directly impact millions of lives through your day-to-day activities. With an underinsured population, group health insurance is the fastest and most comprehensive manner in which you can provide decision-making power to your fellow citizens to be active drivers of their short and long-term health.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
  • Prepare, file and retrieve sales-related documents, like contracts
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service
  • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Act as the point of contact for clients
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Be the main point of contact of assigned customers

Requirements

  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Systematic Approach
  • Ability to work independently
