AVP of Brand Creative Marketing

• Develop Bukalapak brand strategy, and oversee its implementation across marketing initiatives, with the key objective is to build and enhance Bukalapak and Mitra Bukalapak brand awareness, imagery and equity.
• Build a deep understanding of Bukalapak’s business, and apply brand strategy principles to help driving marketing initiatives, focusing on Bukalapak buyer, seller, and Mitra Bukalapak, resulting in clear business impacts.
• Translate Bukalapak and Mitra Bukalapak business objectives into campaign concepts that are based on market insights, and data analysis. This includes high level management and monitoring.
• Manage Bukalapak Creative House, our Bukalapak in-house creative agency that consist of internal creative team and production. Key responsibilities include: providing a creative environment that nurture out of the box thinking, building and maintaining a transparent and clear briefing and production workflow.
• Lead and mentor the team to develop their skillset, team culture and career path, as well as recruiting the right talents to build a highly effective team.
• Budget management for all brand marketing initiatives, notably around Bukalapak buyer, seller, Mitra Bukalapak, as well as production related activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand and creative marketing with experience in senior management from E-commerce/agency.
• Demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking with structured communication and critical thinking.
• Experienced in handling and develop the concept in all Marketing spectrum (online amp; offline).
• Demonstrate strong capability in leadership (able to build and develop the team).
• Strong budget management skills
• Self-starter, organized and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and priority.
• Data-driven minded
