IDC Account Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for the execution of IDC Partner acquisition amp; establishment plan;
• Responsible for developing, managing and growing partner accounts as well as penetrating MBL in cities DC cannot reach;
• Responsible for identifying local marketing/bundling program and initiatives to improve Bukalapak standing with partners and customer;
• Responsible to assist sales representative with maintaining relationships with current and potential IDC Partner as well as negotiating and closing deals;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or a related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in a related position, preferably working with E-commerce business, or has been working on real field area of work
• Good communication, excellent verbal and written communications skills (able to give presentation and communicate with partner team - Mitra Bukalapak)
• Excellent negotiation skill, analytical, time management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity7. Ability to prioritize among competing tasks8. Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Powerpoint, especially in advanced Excel
• Previous experience with Salesforce preferred (experience in Sales with a good track record is required), has been managing accounts
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
