Legal Intern (Jakarta/Tangerang)

• Conducting legal research and providing day-to-day legal support for legal associates, including but not limited to providing legal risks, advice and updates on the company’s business activities
• Undertake assignments from legal associates as may be needed
• Reviewing and administering company’s legal documentation
• Assisting in conducting legal due diligence

Requirements

• Placement Jakarta / Tangerang
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Excellent and has an in-depth understanding of business and corporate laws and other e-commerce related regulations
• Understand legal administration, legal review and legal drafting
• Good in English both written and spoken
• Tech-savvy, particularly in G-suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Having analytical thinking, initiatives and learning abilities
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Good team player with good communication skills
