Generating and Growing Demand for B2C and C2C Products

• Executing growth initiatives for customer acquisition across paid, organic and owned channels to drive incremental growth for B2C and C2C products.
• Working with cross function team to execute growth initiatives (e.g. marketing team, product teams from other product squads such as search optimization team, larger campaign team, marketing team, online marketing team, PCV: Promotions, Coupons and Vouchers, data scientists, etc).
• Conceive and execute on a campaign (i.e. campaigns that generate traffic and transactions for B2C and C2C products).
• Designing experiments, to better understand and help influence user behavior
• Investigating and testing new channels to communicate with our existing customers
• Analyze data to monitor performance and uncover areas for improvement.
• Partnering with data team to measure the impact of initiatives and campaign
• Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings to Head level.
• Develop business cases for growth initiatives that justify their cost

Growing B2B Products

• Develop relationships with partners/clients in order to generate B2B
• Support the team in preparing and presenting proposal material to partners and clients
• ‘Cold-call’ potential partners to gauge interest in B2B products
• Support the team in developing commercial terms using business case analysis.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate concepts and ideas to different stakeholders.
• Work well with cross functional teams in a high-pressured environment.
• Able to meet deadlines and execute business targets.
• Experience with Fintech, Payment or Virtual Product.
