• Manage and define pricing strategy and pricing team for the company including control the target margin
• Support with current company information and market condition
• Arrange collaboration within division in the company and supplier’s company including all of the meeting preparation, Minutes of Meeting with a followed-up action plan
• Analyze business objective key results from the management team and documentation
• Monitor key metrics from management to the business units in order to achieve company targets
• Gather insight from internal and external data and provide business strategy from a strategical point of view
• Develop financial models (projection) that help guide the decision-making process for long term strategic planning with relation to revenue/cost drivers and new business initiatives
• Monitor budget and revenue projection to match the company target
• Assist in the preparation of regular and ad hoc internal reporting (highlighting key financial and business performance indicators) and investor communicators as needed
• Monitor pricing accuracy, stock unit (uom) and invoices in each warehouse
• Make projections and monitor the promo item budget to match the company's targets

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the business/financial field
• Bachelor's Degree in Management/Finance/Industrial/statistic/mathematics/information system or any related field
• Have experience in the FMCG/Retail/Consultant industry is a plus
• Have excellent analytical thinking skills
• Excellent numeric skill
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities especially complex, ambiguous problems requiring integrated applications of skills
• Have a financial projection and cost control capability
• Experiencing managing a team of more than 5
• Responsible and Independent, Tech-savvy
• Have a good passion for a start-up company with fast pace conditions
