Job Description
- Develops a strategic plan to identify, prioritize and manage risks within the Regional Risk
- Recap all existing SOP, Blueprint, Assessment Result and other related data
- Looking for continuous improvements and implementing them throughout the whole operational supply chain process
- Dealing with monthly reports
- Communicating and aligning with multiple stakeholders
- Supporting various global projects
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Having experience or knowledge about SOP
- Good knowledge of MS Office
