Medior Cloud Security Engineer

The Cloud Security Engineering scope covers the entire Bukalapak cloud infrastructure and spans more than one service-provider. You will have extensive experience with more than one cloud-compute provider and experience with at least one cyber-security specialisation area such as application-security, network-security, infrastructure-security, cloud-security, threat-management, incident-response or general cyber-crime.

Will be responsible for

• Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of infrastructure configuration and process.
• Ability to identify, understanding amp; communicate risk, investigate existing cloud infrastructure, creating new, enhanced security methods that will enhance security cloud-based environments.
• Provide support, engage and collaborate with other staff to communicate current and relevant cyber-security issues/incidents affecting the business.
• Migrating, implementing and managing security cloud IT infrastructure based on GCP amp; Azure.
• Find the quality of service most important, thus you fancy dealing with the whole lifecycle from the tiniest code fragments to virtual machines.
• Don’t just absorb knowledge, but also like to share it with others.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent in relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years professional experience in DevOps or SecDevOps.
• Enthusiastic about Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong understanding of Operating Systems (Linux), cloud services, security, networking.
• Strong understanding with management of containerized applications (Kubernetes or Docker), Terraform or Ansible, Bastion, Secret Management (Hashicorp Vault or equivalent), Scripting Languages, CI/CD, and Microservice Architectures.
• A learning attitude, humble culture, zero egos, and excellent collaborative spirit. We are all here to learn together and grow together as a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• CyberSecurity or Cloud-Compute industry certifications are a plus.
