Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Control and monitoring Inbound process
  • Control and monitoring Return process
  • Do coordination with Import team of incoming goods schedule
  • Prepare label sticker (FDA amp; QR Code) as per import team data label seven (7) days before goods arrival in the warehouse
  • Warehouse team properly receive incoming stocks from sender
  • Evaluate that actual quantity of stocks received are proven to be as per its corresponding documents. Any discrepancy between actual received stocks and its corresponding documents have to be noted properly on the documents and notified immediately to related parties
  • Control that following a proper receipt of the goods, warehouse team arrange the goods in its dedicated area in the warehouse
  • Making a labeling process plan (FDA/QR code) for both resources and time line requirements
  • Ensure that the labeling process is following SOP amp; Working Instruction both of quality and target achievement
  • Ensure amp; control the process of receiving goods in the system (good receipt) is in accordance with the physical quantity of goods received and stored at the warehouse location on timely as per KPI target
  • Control and monitoring Outbound process
  • Control and monitoring Security amp; Safety Manners
  • Manage that every single sales orders from customers has been properly processed with On Time In Full (OTIF)
  • Monitor that warehouse team correctly prepare/picking, checking and packing the goods sold to customers as per its picking list (bin location, quantity amp; quality)
  • Ensure that all goods shipped to customers are properly handed over from warehouse team to transporter using the corresponding document (Delivery Order)
  • Monitor that after shipments are finished, Transporter submitted Delivery Order document that has been clearly signed and stamped by customers (prove of delivery/POD) as per agreed KPI
  • Ensure to check and validate any discrepancy issue between actual delivery and delivery document have to be noted properly and resolve immediately
  • Do coordination with delivery planner for pick up schedule customers return order
  • Manage that every single customer return orders have been properly processed (pick up, receive, checking, sorting, put away amp; GR as agreed working Instruction amp; KPI
  • Ensure all security team to watch and monitor all activities in warehouse area
  • Ensure all security team to check and validate every warehouse team is doing finger print tapping before entering to warehouse area
  • Ensure security team to record and check every incoming visitor to warehouse area
  • Ensure all security team to do body checking for all employee and others when they will exit from warehouse area
  • ensure all security to record every incident/accident happened in warehouse area and make reporting within 1 x 24 hour


Requirements

Experience:

  • 1-5 years’ experience in Logistic (warehouse amp; distribution)
  • Warehouse Management System
  • Inventory Management
  • SAP system for WMS/Material/Inventory Management
  • Excel for Pivot table amp; vlook up
  • MS Office
  • Having experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management System
  • Having experience with 5 S amp; Safety, Kanban/Kaizen
  • Detail oriented

Education:

  • D 3 S1 (any major)
  • English is a must

Key Success:

  • Lead the team to follow SOP amp; WI
  • Leadership: be a good sample (role model)
  • Inbound amp; outbound process as per agreed KPI
  • No discrepancy issue for inbound amp; outbound
  • No pending Prove of Delivery (POD) as agreed KPI
  • 5S Implementation
  • Safety Implementation
  • Quality Assurance (ISO Standard) implementation.
