Job Summary
Responsible for creating the Ice House Trainee Program for final year university students (internships) and graduates. Collaborate with the Ice House Leadership Team to co-design amp; develop the program goals, objectives and SOP’s. This will require drawing on best practice soft skills training and curriculum to structure a program that addresses the agreed learning objectives and meets the business needs of Ice House.
As the primary PIC the successful candidate will be responsible for all planning and coordination leading up to the launch of the first intake program starting August 2021 and managing subsequent cohorts after.
Responsibilities
- Analyze talent amp; skills gaps between the Trainee entry point to the desired Staff level
- Design the structure and framework for Ice House Trainee Learning Program
- Plan and coordinate the implementation and execution of the program
- Advise the most appropriate amp; effective program delivery method
- Partner with external key stakeholders from the leading universities to align on expectations, program and student requirements. As well as accessing key recruitment forums, communities and networks to promote the program and generate interest for Ice House.
- Oversee and administers all aspects of day-to-day operations for the program
- Serves as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to the program.
- Review and analyze program activity data, prepare comprehensive reports to track and report the overall performance of the program to Management.
- Coordinate with recruitment to establish most effective ways to Liaise with the universities to get the best interns/graduates
- Coordinate with overseas student organizations / universities to attract Indonesian students studying abroad
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor degree majoring in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education or Business
- Having a track record for successfully drafting and implementing Trainee Programs or university linked education programs.
- Experience in running a Training amp; Development initiatives
- Experience in Tech Industry and recruitment is preferredpreferred
- Excellent command in English
