Summary
Search for Common Ground (Search) is seeking a consultant who can evaluate the contribution of this project to the improvement of social cohesion throughout a pandemic in fragile contexts. Following our 15-month programme, we are primarily interested in the project’s relevance, effectiveness and sustainability. Evaluator’s research proposal should include a plan to analyze shifts across gender, age, and other demographic divides, as relevant. Candidates’ teams should have experience researching norms to explain the connection between programming, the context, and the changes observed.
Click here to see full list of deliverables.To apply, interested candidates (individuals or teams) are requested to submit the following two documents: Curriculum vitae (for individual consultant or for each team member in case of a team of consultants); A short cover letter and an offer with (i) technical proposal proposing a methodology for the final evaluation together with (ii) a financial proposal for the completion of the aforementioned deliverables.Note: Only two documents can be submitted, so the technical and financial proposals must be combined, along with the short cover letter.Applications must be submitted to by 4th July 2021 at the latest.
